About the project

What is CyberHealthY?

An Erasmus+ Cooperation Partnership in Youth that promotes the mental health and digital wellbeing of young people through the Cyberanimation approach.

The project responds to the emotional impact of digital environments by helping youth workers become cyberanimators and by supporting young people to co-create safe, inclusive cybercommunities.

Methodology

Cyberanimation Approach

A socio-educational methodology for digital environments combining facilitation, reflective spaces, digital narratives, peer support and youth-led activities.

Blended Learning

E-learning + a transnational training in Greece + local cybercommunity activities that translate online reflection into real-life action.

CyberMentalHub

A multilingual, accessible digital hub for training resources, youth-generated content, podcasts and collaborative tools.
